For several months now, WePod has been organizing workshops in high schools across Europe to teach podcasting to young people. The main objective is for them to learn how to tell stories in audio and to learn as well about all the work involved in making a podcast. In this episode, Javi Caminero is joined by Cathal O’Luanaigh, Program and Communications Manager at News Decoder, WePod’s French Partner, to discuss everything related to these workshops. From March 17th to 21st 2025, WePod will be holding the first edition of the European Podcast Academy in Milan, and you can sign up now! The European Podcast Academy is the first masterclass on cross-border podcasting, targeting a wide European audience of audio professionals and journalists with a keen interest in audio production.

At WePod we don't just make podcasts. We are trying to make this project important for the podcast industry in Europe at all levels.
